NSWC FCU provides these savings options:

Prime Share Savings

This account establishes credit union membership. A $5.00 opening and minimum balance is required and represents the member's share of ownership in the credit union and earns a quarterly dividend (interest). This account permits unlimited in-person withdrawals and deposits with no prior notice. Prime Share Savings is also accessible at ATMs and UNO, and earns a quarterly dividend. View Rates

Regular Share

For those members who need more than one savings account, the Regular Share offers unlimited in-person withdrawals and deposits with no prior notice.  Only $1.00 is required to open the account, and there is no monthly service charge. Dividends are paid quarterly. View Rates

Premium Savings

Are you looking for someplace where you can earn higher dividends, and still have access to your funds when you need them?  Premium savings offers higher dividends for higher balances, and unlimited in-person withdrawals and deposits with no prior notice. Only $1.00 is required to open the account, and there is no monthly service charge. This account cannot be used for Overdraft Protection. Dividends are paid quarterly. View Rates

Share Certificates

NSWC FCU offers a variety of high-yielding Share certificates with terms of six months, nine months, one, two, three and five years. A minimum deposit of only $500 is required. The dividend on six-month and nine-month certificates is paid at maturity. Dividends on other certificates are paid and compounded quarterly. View Rates

Christmas Club

To help our members accumulate funds for holiday expenses, we offer a Christmas Club account. Members can choose the amount they wish to save, and their balance plus accumulated dividends will be deposited to their Prime Share account in October, unless prior arrangements have been made. Vacation Club

This account is similar to our Christmas Club and enables members to save for vacation expenses. There is a minimum limit of $100 on withdrawals from this account. View Rates
